In the 1990's Nickie began building her contracting businesses, which spanned 18 years of development and managing a waterproofing, caulking and subsequent firestopping business. Deciding that firestopping, the way she envisioned it was ten (10) years before its time, she took a break and began consulting for other businesses. While offering the consulting services, she developed more awareness in the gaps in construction management and thought that tradesman needed an alternative to developing their contracting businesses.

Now partnering with other "tradesman" Nickie offers masonry and waterproofing contracting as well as some roofing and firestopping. She manages the "back end" from IT, Accounting to HR to Estimating while the tradesman focus on the jobsite work!

It is a partnership made in heaven for tradesman/business owners that want to achieve to be bigger and better!

Nickie is pursuing WBE and 8A certification!
